VoeBlue offers search, quote, reservation and issuance services for: airfare, hotel accommodation, tour packages, vehicle rental, travel insurance and additional services.

3. User Registration and Account

The user must provide true information when creating an account or making a purchase. The account is personal and non-transferable. The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password.

4. Prices and Payments

Prices displayed on the site/app are subject to availability, changes without notice and variation according to currency, supplier and selected rate.

5. Reservation and Issuance

Reservations are confirmed after payment approval and issuance of tickets/vouchers. Once issued, documents follow the tariff rules of each supplier.

6. Cancellation and Refund

Cancellation, change and refund rules vary according to each service and supplier. Promotional rates may be non-refundable; changes may generate administrative fees and/or tariff differences.

7. Responsibilities

VoeBlue acts as an intermediary. Third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, rental companies, etc.) are responsible for the fulfillment of the contracted services.

We collect and treat personal data according to our Privacy Policy, available on our website.

9. Intellectual Property

Any content on the site/app (texts, logos, images, names, brands) is the property of VoeBlue or duly licensed third parties.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may change these Terms at any time. The new version will be published on the site/app with an updated effective date.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of the city where the agency is headquartered.
